These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at appliedaisolutions.org (the "Site"), operated by Applied AI Solutions LLC ("Applied AI Solutions", "we", "us", or "our").

Applied AI Solutions LLC is an AI software and advisory studio based in Tampa, Florida, USA. Through the Site we describe what we do and provide a way to get in touch. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Applied AI Solutions LLC regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements on that subject. Any separate written agreement for professional services will govern that relationship and prevail over these Terms to the extent of any conflict in respect of those services. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
